FT400 Single Turbo System
Building off the FT360, the FT400 is an intercooled turbo system that creates 0.9bar/13psi and produces 400 hp and 380 ft/lbs of gut wrenching torque. More boost means more heat. Keeping to a side mount intercooler, HPA cools the air charge without reducing the critical cooling capacity of your radiator. The cast short runner intake manifold shortens the air path to your motor for optimized throttle response. With form fitted Silicon hoses, no chopping or massaging will be required at time of install.
FT400 includes:
- HGP R30 Garrett Ball Bearing based hybrid turbo
- Custom compressor housing
- Integrated recirculation valve
- Custom exhaust housing with integrated wastegate
- Flowbenched Cast exhaust manifold with external Oxygen sensors
- Short Runner Cast Aluminum Intake Manifold
- Side Mount Intercooler with velocity air shrouding
- Stainless Steel Exhaust Manifold Heatshield
- Flow Optimized cast downpipe feed
- 70mm downpipe with integrated flexjoint featuring interlocked liner hose for better flow
- Custom wrapped Silicone piping with stainless steel clamps
- High flow fuel injectors
- Head spacer plate to lower compression to 8.5:1
- Braided Stainless Steel Oil Feed Line
- Oil Return lines
- Water inlet and return lines

FT400 Upgrade Packages:
The FT series of turbo systems all revolve around a common heart; sharing the same main specs (exhaust manifold, turbo assembly, compression ratio, fuel injectors, etc) means that upgrading from one power trim level to the next is very easy to achieve. Whether you have an FT360 and are looking to upgrade to the intercooled FT400 or FT450, or have and FT400 and want to take it to the extremes of the FT450 power output, we have created upgrade packages to suit:
