How To Get Your DSG Reflashed:

Option 1: On-Location Direct Port Programming

Local DSG owners can book an appointment for their reflash to be performed in our workshop. We are located just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia; a short drive from Seattle, Portland, etc. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

The road ahead in making this a regionally accessible upgrade through a dealer network is long, and will require further investments by both HPA and our future dealers. The concept of jumping on a plane and flying into a region seems like a perfect stop gap, but is constrained by the costs associated with off location staff and travel expenditures. Unlike an engine flash, each DSG flash is unique to the car. It is a two step process, where each car’s ECU is read out, the files are sent back to our office where the file is edited and then sent back to be re-flashed onto the vehicle.

We have completed several tours across the continent to flash groups of DSG vehicles. Future trips reaching different geographic areas will be scheduled based on local interest... Please email us if you want your city added to the list. We will also be offering DSG Flashing on location at various shows and events throughout the year. • * Appointments must be booked in advance and flashes prepaid
• * Minimum number of cars required per location
• * If less than minimum number cars per location, we will try to work with your assembled group to determine a fair travel surcharge that would make the trip possible.
• * The process takes approximately 30 mins on the read out, 30 mins back at HPA and 30 mins to reload. For this reason, we are limited to how many cars we can schedule for the PM and AM appointments.
• * Appointments will be booked on a first purchase, first choice basis.

Option 2: Bench Flashing at HPA Facility

For those of you who live in remote areas and want to purchase a DSG performance reflash, simply ship your DSG Mechatronic unit to our facility we can bench flash it for you. Please contact us to schedule your in-house flash to ensure quick turn around and receive detailed shipping instructions.
